I'm in a custody battle for about a year now and father of my child has been keeping child due to something that happened in October I went to jail but all charges dropped. HE never established paternity and isn't on birth certificate. This has been so heartbreaking. Also what papers would I need to file because wouldnt this be illegal for him to keep without any document.
