A married woman had my baby. I filed for a paternity test but my case was quasehd due to sake of family. 3 years later the husband filed a restraining order against his wife for child endangerment. Divorce papers will likely follow. The issues in the restraining order are the same ones I stated in my unheard paternity case. Can I get a paternaty test now? Is it too late despite instinguating circumstances that the court made a mistake in ruling?

Unless you had a paternity test, you don't know whether it's your baby. Three years later, why bother? Let sleeping dogs lie.

In answer to your question, you can seek a paternity test, the court will decide.

Or, contact the woman and see if she'll agree to you paying for a private test.

That won't work if you're a stalker.
