Past Criminal Activity in Rental Not Disclosed

We moved to Arizona and rented a home in a nice area, found out house was center for drug trafficking prior to our move in. Police and bail bondsmen have stopped by house as well as one drug seeker. We are worried about safety and security at this point, have 10 months to go on lease. Do we have any recourse? If we are burglarized can we hold landlord or property management company liable for not disclosing this to us?

The landlord is not required to disclose criminal info. It is up to you to research the area and get crime reports from the local police. I hope you have renters insurance though, you just never know what is going to happen.
