Parole, Probation paroled than picked up and told you werent eligible after all

my brother was granted parole in june 2010 he was to come from colorado to minnesota but while minnesota was slow with paper work the parole department cancelled his parole in april 2011 (he never was released form prison )than in june 2011 he was granted parole once again this time minnesota got the paper work down and colorado gave him a release date of dec 1 after 8 daysof being out the sheriffs showed up with a warrant saying colorado had made a mistake and that he is really eligible after all and that he would be going back to colorado. I dont know if this is legal can they really do it or does he have some kind of rights. Im looking for any help that might be out there. He is terminally ill with spinal cerebella ataxia he cannot walk, hardly talk and has trouble seeing and needs his family to care for him I cant believe that colorado doesnt have any thing better to do than come after a dying person. PLEASE HELP!

Sounds like the governors office might be able to assist. You could try requesting involvement of your congressman.
