Hello,Im going to be applying for a full pardon so I can try an get a sealment for domestic violence in 2005 which I wasn't convicted but was given adjudication withheld.i have no prior arrest or never been convicted of any other crimes.Do you think in Florida if I get the full pardon I have a chance at all to have something done about this?thank you for your help..

If you receive a FULL executive pardon, your record would not need to be sealed.

Why?

The crime of which you stand convicted would be wiped away, as if it never happened.
If you were pardoned, your full rights would be restored upon the stroke of a governor's pen.
Realistically, mate, those types of pardons rarely go to Sam or Suzie Citizen.
Those, my friend, tend to go to big shots, wealthy, politically connected types; and their kin.
But, now and then, one of us filthy, unwashed peasants do get struck by that political lightening of good luck.
