Is it unethical and grounds for termination for a paralegal to have a friendship with a past client or a personal relationship with a cold call into the office that was deemed not to be eligable for representation? They were out of the area, the matter was in a court hundreds of miles away where the office did not practice law, and was referred to another attorney..thank you
