In the year of 2007 I was not ordered to pay court ordered child support and paid 550.00 to my child's mother and I was suppose to pay 600.00. In 2008 I started paying court ordered child support. I pay 652.43 monthly which adds up to 7829.16 a year. For the year 2008 I paid 8441.50 (612.43 over payment), in 2009 I paid 7829.16, in 2010 I paid 7829.16, in 2011 I paid 7829.16, in 2012 I paid 7829.16, in 2013 I paid 7829.16, in 2014 I paid 7176.69 (652.47 I owe) in 2015 I paid 7829.20 (0.04 over payment), in 2016 I paid 7829.16 and through March of 2017 I have paid 1957.29. When I received my tax return this year 652.00 dollars was taking out because NCCS said I was in arrears for 652.00. I requested a payment history and was able to come up with the amounts I paid every year explained above. 652.47+50.00-612.43-0.04=90.00. I have been trying for weeks to talk to the case worker to find out why 652.00 was taking out when only 90.00 should have been taken out of my tax refund but I haven't heard anything from him/her. When I call the main line all they say is they will leave a message for the case worker to call me and he/she never does. What other option do I have to try and figure out why they took so much and if I can get a refund? Thanks in advance.
