Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication open container in ohio

well last night we pulled into a gas station to get something to eat... when i returned to the car i was sitting there eating my food with a friend with no keys in the ignition mind you when a cop pulled up behind me with his lights on...sorry three cruisers...he got me out of the for a feild sobriety which he told me my eyes were bouncing... he let me go made a friend drive my car and on his way back to the crusier he saw an open beer bottle in the cup holder... it was a buddy of mines that would not say so and i got written for it...i understand the rule my car so its my ticket but that is the only thing i got a ticket for and i was happy he let me go....but he had no pc to pull me over in the first place do i have anything to b*tch about or sould i just pay my fine and feel lucky that the cop didnt break it off in me..i mean it could be so much worse but he has no probable cause...
