When my Dad died in 32 years ago he did so without a will. The probate court in Texas assigned ownership of a rental home to my Mom(50%) and the other 50% was divided between 6 siblings. My Mom and other 5 siblings want to sell the home but one brother does not. Does everyone in the title need to agree to sell the home or is there a law that allows the majority to rule?
