Hello all Im 20 from New Jersey and i was just recently charged with Possession of a controlled substance ANOLOG, specificaly Cocaine.
I am a first time offender of this. and i have a clean record.
I was at a large house party and Police came into a room where me and other were i had just used the drugs mentioned as they were comming in the door and they ended up saying i was in possesion of the Drugs because i was the only one they thought they saw useing them thou none were acctually mine. Regardless i was arrested and taken down.
So my question really is what kind of actions should i be taking now and what is the usual sentencing for a First time Offender of this kind..
