Obamacare and insurance for married couples

I thought I read somewhere that one of the things changing with Obamacare is if both people are employed and both are offered health insurance at their respective jobs, they have to enroll in the plan their employer provides. They can only be a dependent on their spouse's plan if they are already enrolled in their own employer's plan. Is this true? (I hope this was clear!)

Thanks.

No, it is not true. Starting 2014 employers are penalized if they do not offer insurance to their employees, but there is nothing in the law that says who has to enroll in which plan if a family has access to two or more plans.

ETA: some EMPLOYERS have a provision that they will only enroll a dependent spouse if that spouse does not have access to coverage on their own, and such a provision is legal. However, that is employer policy and not law, under Obamacare or anything else.
