Eviction Notice notice on my neighbor's door

I just saw my neighbor last Friday and then later that day there was an orange sticker on his door that said "warning, keep out, property being seized by court order" does this mean hes being evicted or foreclosed on?

That means that it's really none of your business

The sticker means absolutely nothing. Your neighbors can still come and go as they please.... unless they have been properly served other documents compelling them not to. It is likely just a scare tactic of the landlord used to avoid court.
