Corporate Law Not sure where to post this

Hi guys

My business is being sued in California, so in order to go to trial I need a lawyer that is in CA. We've had one, a "big whig" CA lawyer and all he did was take our money, didn't make anything happen for 2 years, and is now dropping us. I am looking for a lawyer that we can work with, talks to us respectfully, and can handle our case. We DO know what we are talking about in this case, and we DO want to help with information and technical stuff. We DON'T know CA law and how the legal system works.

Any suggestions? We are in CO and therefore don't know any CA lawyers that are decent guys/girls who are willing to fight for us, not work against us.
