Not sure where to go but please help

Ok im in need of advise im 21 years old andhave never been in any kind of trouble i got arrested for 2 counts of possession of stolen property meaning 2 felonies. i bought 2 sets of wheels from some guys in my home town and they got caught stealing them months later. my name obv came up since i was the buyer, at the time of purchase i had no idea they were stolen wheels and now im in pretty deep trouble for them they have towed my car in since teh wheels were on my car and obv im waiting to get my car back. the offficer says next week obv they are taking the wheels off and illl have to install my stock wheels. thats the story but basically im wondering what can be doen and what i can do to not have it on my record or to not go to jail so to speek as said before i have never been in any kind of trouble and i have absolutely no criminal record so what am i to do p[lease help as much as possible
