I was in a car accident on tuesday the 7th. I was stoped at a stop sign and was turning, the car behind me hit me and totaled my car. The girl who hit me admited falut and there was a accident report taken at the scene. My car was totaled and went to the impound while i got a ticket for no insurance in MN, which requires everyone to have insurance. I was just interested if i would be abel to get the blue book value or anything at all. Also what exactly i need to do to get the ball rolling.
