What are my NJ legal duty requirements to evict my former girlfrIend from my home? she has zero ownership in my home.

She can be evicted as easily as anyone else you no longer want to live in your home, easier than a rent paying tenant, in fact. File the paper work, step by step, eventually she'll be gone.

It can take eight to twelve weeks.
want her out within 24 hours, offer her $500 to get, as in be gone.
Get her to sign a note saying she's voluntarily leaving for $500, and will receive the $500 after all her junk is outta your home, and returned all keys.

You can then have the place rekeyed.

Don't want to pay her to get, wait 8 to 12 weeks.
