I am currently entrenched into situation with a former employer in regards to my non-compete. I thought I could go at this alone but I just can't. Every time I open my mouth his high paid lawyers just blast me. I have filed for Financial Hardship with the American Arbitration Ass. To get this arbitrated but I need some advice on how to handle this... I have tried the NAACP, ACLU, and The Georgia Bar Ass. I am limited on funds but I need to work as well. If I can't compete I am going to have to work at McDonalds...
