Is Non-Circumvention Non-Disclosure Agreement illegal? Please advise. thx.

I did put down where this question is from, which is Ca...no response yet. I think I read it somewhere that the non-circumvention non-disclosure agreements are admitted in the civil courts. Just wanna know if anyone is sure about it.
