Hi, wondering if anyone can help. Was over visiting in October 2002, ended up having a little too much to drink at "Rocktoberfest" and got arrested for Public Intoxication. Was a carefree student at the time, and when I was given some card and told to got to the court on the following Wednesday to pay $50, I stupidly didn't bother as I was leaving on the Saturday prior.
Friends told me at the time, so long as I didn't ever get arrested in CA again then I'd be fine. However, now I'm all grown up, a teacher and lookign to visit with a group of kids in the summer, and have a slight fear of not being allowed in at immigration. Am I right in saying there's finger-print entry now - surely I'll show up?
No idea what to do, or if this is even an issue 7 years later?
