Took my car to get an oil change done and this is the Walmart that I worked for not only have they mess up on my car once but two additional time meaning the first time we forgot to take the seal out when they did the oil change they put the oil in my car and it leaked out so I had to get another oil change the second time is a forgot to put the air hose back onto my car so I can't my car dying and 1/3 being the last time I got an oil change from them they did not put no oil in my car and now there's metal shavings in my oil tank I talk to claims and they said they were into their investigation the claims guy called me back and said that Walmart not at fault and they did an oil change and I asked him did you see him put oil in my car and he said I seen them do an oil change so that's still not answering Mike direct question the guy hung up on me and now I am talking to the Bureau of Automotive Repair and waiting for them to do there investigation and to call me back my car now is running really rough I have metal shavings in my oil tank my car is not the same at all it's a 2010 Toyota Venza I've only had it for 3 years never had a problem until I took it there I don't know what I'm supposed to do now because they also lied and said that I didn't come back for those additional check ups whenever they messed up my car and I had the kid print up every receipt that I have had through there getting my oil change and there was only 6 so I went through my papers and found an additional receipt showing for one of the previous oil checks that they had to do because there was no oil in my car has it leaked out so I have proof that the manager lied to the claims person I am so stuck because the manager that I spoke to his my old manager and he told me that nobody ever wins these cases against Walmart so what is the next step that I need to do I need a lawyer to help me
