No lease - zoning violations - tax fraud

My exlandlord has sent me a warrent, for civil court, saying I owe him money. I owe him nothing, and was paid in full when I left; he has sold the business where the trailer I rented was, and is charging me interest on the months he said I owe. The new business owner has informed me that not only did my exlandlord receive my new address from his daughter, who is a dispatcher, and illegally ran my license plate, but he also claimed the trailer was a storage unit on his taxes and was in violation of a zoning ordinince. Do I have a leg to stand on with the back rent he said I owe, and should I turn him in for everything else?
