I got involved with a company that pickspoints spreads on sporting events. they want to give you 25-28 picks a month for $2500. The salesman worked a deal out with me and said if I give him $500 and kept $500 to bet with then he could win my account up to pay them and keep going. Everything was going fine for a while. My off shore account was at $1500 and I had given them 1500. They called me and said they could not give me anymore picks until I paid the $1000. I told them I could cash out and send it to them but it was going to take about 2 weeks to get the payout. The agent told me not to do that because they wanted to use the $1500 to make enough to pay the $1000 and then 2500 for the next month. I said ok and they give me 3 more picks. All of witch lost and at $500 each it wiped me out. Then they called wanting $1000. Since I did not have it, there was really nothing i could do. Everytime I made a payment to them a third party bank from Nevada called me and wanted to confirm payment. there was three seperate transactions of $500. When they called about the remaining $1000 they said if I didn't pay them then they was going to take me to collections. I told them he was trying to pull blood out of a turnip at the moment and since i did not recieve the full services that you get for the $2500 then i did not feel I owed them the full $1000. After about 5 phone calls (within 2 hours) He said he was just going to go ahead and charge my debit card that I had made previos payments with. I knew the money wasn't even in the bank so I told him not to and that I would not authorize it. The lady from the Nevada bank called my anyway trying to confirm payment of $500. I told her I did not comfirm any such payment and she said thank you and hung up. About 10 minutes go by and my bank calls and tells me my bank acount has been overdrawn due to a payment of $250 and two payments of $100. When I told my bank I did not authorize these payments they started an investigation to see what to do with the money. In the meantime I am completly broke with no food and bills to pay. Any thoughts on this would be helpful.Thank you.

Are you asking what to do after losing all your money gambling?

If so, then I'd suggest you go to Gamblers Anonymous.

I was not asking for your moral veiws on gambling. I was asking about your legal veiws on unauthorized transactions on my card.
