i just got a speeding ticket. i drove 55 on 35.
the officer commited an error of putting current date on court appearing date and unfortunately i picked it out and corrected it.
but.. the major mistake is on the other side of citation.
He didn't put the amount of Fine/Penalty, Court cost,/ of course nor the total.
and didn't ask me to sign on the "Signature of Defender" spot, too.
only thing he did is checking on the "You Must Appear" box...
isn't this error enough to dismiss the ticket?????
