I live in the country & I initial place a fence up to contain future farm animals during contruction of my new home. Before I even moved into my new home, this neighbor bought the 14.5 acre property next to me. Since then I have had numerious problem incidents with him resulting in my property being damaged (stopping natural water way drainage, youths & himself destroying my plantings & fence, trash/debris blowing Or being thrown in my yard, & others). I still trying to fight the buracy & recover damages ( His father knows the local & county officals).
This last weekend, this same neighbor planted some white pine & blue spruce trees ranging from 1 ft to 6ft within about two inches the property line & about 6- 8 inces from my Fence. Knowing where I am with past unresolved issues with this Neighbor, is there anything I can do now , to protect my fence & myself from future damages?
