Signed a new car lease on 5/8. The lease contract was dated 5/24 to allow the dealership to participate in a corporate program that would absolve the last 2 lease payments on my old vehicle.
When I was shown the new car the outside was dirty and there was soiling on dashboard and rugs on door.
I have not picked up the car because it will not be ready until 5/24. I have decided that I do not want a dirty new car that will be cleaned...I want a new clean car. CAN I Cancel the lease? Can I demand another car?
