Neighbor harassment

I have been renting this apartment for 7 years and I have this neighbor that been harassment me. She got into my 60 year old mother face and cause her to collapse. She watch what I do and threaten my mother and I but the cops won't take a report or let me press charges... Cops are a dam joke... Please need help

You need to be more clear about what the problem is.
How did this person cause your mother to collapse? Was it an assault? Was it reported to police? Was she injured?
What kind of threats are being made?
Generally, what is this person's complaint against you and your mother?
Have you notified the landlord?

Exactly what sort of "help" do you think anyone on an internet message board can provide?

If the cops won't take action, you can talk with a local attorney about whether a civil lawsuit would be viable. Or just move.

You never get to file or press charges. So let that idea go. There obviously was no crime committed so the police didn't need to file a report. I think the only joke here is you. You haven't even explained what actually happened.
