neighbor harassing buyer on property that has lost sell

I have a piece of property in CA that my realtor had sold once for me but the neighbor harassed them verbally and they stopped the deal, recently this same thing happened however this time he scared the children of the buyer with his yelling and turning loose his dogs. This neighbor had told me once years ago that someday I would be desperate to sell and he would buy it for a cheap price, what do I do?

Get a lawyer and sue the pants off him for "tortious interference."

Or, keep trying to sell it until you find a buyer who can stand up to your neighbor.

Or, sell to the neighbor for the cheap price.

Or, keep the property until your neighbor dies, then sell it.
