I am in a Chapter 7 BK in California and have had a complaint and request for adversary hearing filed against me.
I have answered the complaint on all allegations individually and filed it at the court. My questions are:
1) Do I need to serve the plaintiff and trustee the answer of complaint or does the court forward it?
If so how long after filing do I have to serve them?
2) When I finish my request for discovery by Written Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents and Subpoenas do I file that at the court and then serve the plaintiff? What is the correct procedure on this?
