I am in Florida and I need some quick help here...I have been served a subpoena to testify AGAINST my live in boyfriend. Can they make me give a deposition against him if we lived together before his incarceration? And Also, the night of the arrest I was with him and they questioned me...I was threatened into saying what the detective wanted to hear and now they want me to testify under oath...what happens if I change my testimony from the original one? Can someone please help me fast!?
