A hairdresser offered a girl a new $80 perm product, and the girl was excited to try it. The product reacted badly with the end part of her hair. She was not charged for the perm and bent over backwards to make it right by offering free conditions til it fixes. Only not to hear from the girl for a couple of days. Now the girl's hair is completely fried, and is suing for other peoples conditions and hairdresser is unsure what else the girl did to her hair elsewhere. She's tryin to sue court costs, for wigs purchased and a year of future cuts, and metal trauma because her hair was the only good thing in her life. 1) In a situation like that, what would the hairdresser actually be liable for?

2) Do you just get people to sign statements to what they saw, or do we have to do anything special in that area?
