Hi there...
We are having a block party in downtown Denver and have access to a 14 foot Smoker. The owner of the smoker is requesting a form to reliquish him of any personal injury or death to any person during the event. DO you know of a form that I can have him fill it out so he may feel more comfortable. The fire dept/health dept and all other permits have been finished...but he just feels uneasy. PLEASE HELP I have tried looking on-line and can't find anything.
