My son was in a car accident, which he did cause. He was we given a ticket for wreckless driving no one was hurt it the accident. But he has to appear in court this friday infront of a judge. I need to know what we need to do?
Wreckless driving seems very harsh, can anyone tell me what will be the cost of a ticket like this is? Do we have to pay for it that day at court? Also how many points will this be? Can my son pledge guiltly but not to the wreckless, but maybe careless? I guess I really dont know how to handle this cause I have never been in court myself. Any advise would be helpful... Thanks from a Mom trying to help out her Son...
