So I just realized that underage drinking tickets go on your record and are not just a ticket that you pay off at the courthouse. Unfortuantley I have already received and paid off two underage drinking tickets. I have since received another one and really do not want it to go on my record. I have not used my prayer for judgement and live in north carolina is there any way I could go to my court date at the end of the summer and ask to use my prayer for judgement and the ticket not show up on my record, but do some community service or something? Any ideas on any other options? I know the odvious answer is to hire a lawyer but I currently do not have the money to do so. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
