I need to know what my rights are at termination trial if any? I am un-founded of the allegations made against me too.

If it's a termination trial, you've pretty much had all the chances that the State is going to give you.

Have you received documents explaining your rights?
Did you read them?

I suggest you read them.

Here's more material.

Today, ask to be heard. Request the appointment of a legal representative, a lawyer. Request a guardian ad litem for the child or children. That'll generate some discussion, but you say, I didn't learn until this morning, your honor that I could request court appointed counsel.

You'll eventually get a mouthpiece, if your finances are weak enough. If not, you'll be given time to find a lawyer. It'll generate discussion, but you'll get additional time to get yourself a lawyer, assuming you're not poor enough to get a taxpayer people funded lawyer.

Good luck.
