Oh my goodness.

I'd never listen to a person spouting such evil remarks.
I'd just avoid them, and even if I heard them, I'd pretend not to hear.

We're all just people: white, red, brown, black, yellow; we're all just homo sapiens.

Okay ... well, you can disagree with him, you can call him a racist, you can nod and agree with him, you can do most anything you want. Ultimately, holding racist views is not unlawful even if it is ignorant and crude.
