When me and my husband signed out divorce we both lived in Texas but that day he moved to Oklahoma . well we decided to try and make it work and six monthe later we decided it was not gonna work we lived in Oklahoma but it went to court in Texas is that legal

We're you divorced, or did you simply file for divorce?

If you have a divorce decree, you're divorced.
If you filed, and failed to return to finalize things, you'll have start over in Oklahoma.
Or, wherever you find yourselves these days.
If you're in OK you follow their rules for an OK divorce.
