Hi,

I have sexual haressment case that was to be filed against my employer.
Knowing this my employer has cancelled my visa and is sending out of the country.
My last day as they say is Sept 9.

Please help to know how I survive.

What sort of sexual harassment case are you talking about? Internal complaint? Filed with the EEOC? Lawsuit? How does your employer know what is happening if that something hasn't happened yet?

I suggest you contact www.uscis.gov or a lawyer.

You'll at least be able to determine if you've joined the other 11,000,000 plus law breakers.
