Hi, I'm translating a part of a Confidentiality Agreement from Polish, could anyone have a look at this draft version and suggest possible improvements to the text? Is this a more or less acceptable version? (Don't bother about the local expressions and nomenclature). Great thanks!

XXX Ltd., with its registered seat in ………, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Gdańsk-North, VII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the number ………………..(KRS), …………………………….(NIP), …………………………(Regon), with seed capital 500,000 zł., and
XYX represented by ………………………………..
hereinafter named the parties.
As both Parties declare their intention to cooperate in the process of distribution of XYZ products in Great Britain, the Parties agree as follows:
The confidential information to be disclosed under this Agreement ("Confidential Information") can be described as and includes:
Technical, technological, business or organizational information and documents, disclosed or submitted deliberately or accidentally, orally, in writing, or by any other media by the other Party in the course of negotiations mentioned in the preamble of the agreement in question. Aforementioned Confidential Information will be the subject of the business secret of the Parties as defined by the article 2 of the act on elimination of unfair competition of 16 April 1993.
