I bought a house through a real estate company, a forclosure. The house has been here for 34 years and the drainfield has been in the same place for 34 years, problem is its on the property in front of me and the person that was forclosed on owned that lot and sold it to someone other than me. I have not been able to locate an easement for the drainfield being down there, it was built with permits and I have a map from the county with its exact location, probably because the home owners have always owned that lot. too What recourse do I have to protect that drainfield? Thanks Tracy
