My 18 year old daughter was arrested for possession of marijuana and she also has a mtr for probation. she was on probation for a drug charge and failed to report. She has a 4 mo old son and I was wanting a template of a letter that I can send to the Judge asking for drug rehab where she can be with her son. I want to ask the Judge for leniency on her behalf. I hope that you can help me.
