I'm 16 and I can't live with my mother anymore because my mother is always on me for no reason and she has put bruses and weaps on my body and I can't focus on school because she is always on me and I can't focus on school because of hwr

You contact CPS, a teacher, counselor, Police officer or, any trusted adult. CPS will investigate and take the required action. You cannot move out without being considered a "runaway" and anyone given you a place to stay could face legal consequences as well.

The very MINUTE you are 18 you can move out. At 16, no, you are not moving out unless you have parental permission or are removed from the home by the state.
