In 2005 I bought a motorcycle for $5500. After 2 1/2 years I came upon some hard times and stopped paying on the loan. This past December I paid off the collection company lien holder for a agreed amount of less than the full amount due. I current lien holder agreed to the payment amount and released the title. This was in December 2013. I was told the release of the title could be up to 45 day hold pending any disputes in the loan. I was told the hold up was paper work and I get the run around every time I call inquiring about the title. I have talked to several supervisors and now the company won't return my calls. When I do reach a customer service rep I am told an email was sent to the department and to wait 2 weeks for mail. Now after 5 months plus, what are my options now?
