My husband is sentence to two years prison, we are trying to appeal it trough public defendant, what would help me help the process with the appeal and motion for reduced sentencing?

You can hire a lawyer to help litigate your husband's appeal.
Otherwise, just be supportive of your husband, if you believe in him.
There's nothing more you can do, except be patient and wait.
