Mortgage Liability

My ex-husband purchased a condo in 2005, while we were separated, but not yet divorced. I was served paperwork claiming that I am a defendant in the case. My signature was forged on the mortgage paperwork, but I did sign the rider. My name is not on the note. Do I need to be concerned? Am I fiscally liable? Will they come after me if my ex is not able to pay off the mortgage?
