I am walking away from a rental house that I am very underwater on. I have not made a payment on it since 10-09. It has a second mortgage on it and the lender has not provided me with a interest statement from 2009. This is delaying me from filing my taxes. I do not want to call them as they rake me over the coals for not making the payments. I do not have the last statement for this loan. Any advice on how to get my 1098 statement would be appreciated. I live in Ohio
