Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication more advice is needed

ok i got in trouble for driving with a susspended license from an ovi on saturday the cop looked at his comp and nothing showed up he said he was going to look into it and come back monday with a citation can he arrest me monday and take me to jail as well even though the incident happened friday????

You wouldn't be arrested. You could receive a citation though.

What I would do, rather than coming back to give you a citation- I would write up another report and just send it to the DA. They could then just tack on the new charge to whatever you already have pending.
