We live in FL, my mom is getting married this weekend, I didn't find out until today. She has a will and her house is in her name. I live in her house and she lives in the house that I own. I know she will be passing away soon and want to be covered and now lose everything I have done to the house I live in when she does pass. I just need to know if when she does pass will everything go to her new spouse? or will her will be carried out? because as far as I know pretty much everything goes to me except for a few things, and some money goes to her fiancee. Any info would be great.
