Hello,
I am a 20 year old female Model.

I have been trying to model for a very long time and wanted to be successful in modeling.

When I just turned 19 years old, I took nude/adult photos with this photographer.

He has a popular modeling website where there girls are clothed but still are really sexy. Some girls are implied nude. But no actual nudity. The site is a paysite, where members have to pay to join to see further images of the models.

I wanted to be a model on that/his website so I contacted him. We then setup a photo shoot.

While I was there he kept telling me that the models are actually fully nude inside his website. But only appear clothed on the outside. He said thats the way his site works.

There is a couple of popular models on his website that I have seen in music videos and stuff. So He then lied to me and told me that those models got the work off of his website. and that directors and people come to his website to pick girls for music videos and modeling work. He then went on to telling me that one of the girls are in paris doing big modeling work because she kept of getting jobs off of his website.

He is a very good talker.

While I was doing the photo shoot he kept on telling me that if its not sexy, that no one will like me. and for me to be the best I have to get fully nude, and that all the girls do it.

While I was done my photo shoot I had to sign a contract to be on the website saying that he is allowed to use my photos. While I was signing the contract, he then put another contract in my face saying that he owns another website. and how this website is so much hotter and is only going to have the hottest models on it. He was then saying that all the girls are semi nude on the outside and fully nude on the inside.
He then started talking again and lying to me how girls get modeling jobs off his website.

I thought I was making the right decision. So I then signed both contracts.

When my photos finally went up. Everyone kept on saying that I was the only fully nude one on the website. On the outside, and the most extreme adult photos on the inside.

He lied to me about everything he said to get me to pose nude. and then slap another contract infront of my face to get me to be on his other website (which is more of a porn website). Which I didnt even want to be on that website in teh first place.

I feel used and tricked into signing both contracts.

While we were doing the photo shoot he actually touched my private part and I didnt stop him because I was so scared. Until this day I am scared to tell somebody how he touched me. Im so embarrased that he did that to me.

After he did that, his friend showed up awhile after. To help him with the photo shoot.
While I was changing he told me that he wanted to touch me again, but infront of his friend. I didnt say anything, and just looked at him. he then said come on please, it will really freak my friend out. The way he was looking at me, I felt scared... so I did one last photo shoot while I was there and he touched my private part again infront of his friend. I almost wanted to cry but I held it in. I began to fear this man, and I am still scared of him to this day and wont tell no one.

He also tried to get me into having my own adult website. While I was there I said yes, but later when I got home I told him that I didnt want to do it.

I got a bad name in modeling now because of him. and when people see that website I cant get some jobs. I feel tricked into doing it because he lied to me. I was young and didnt really know much about the modeling industry.

All I want to do is get my photos off and removed from his website.

Can I take this to court and win?

even with the signed contract saying that he is allowed to use my photos and he owns my photos.

I dont have the copy of the contract, because he didnt give me one, and found out he doesnt give any model one. But it basically says that he owns my photos and is allowed to use them, no matter what.

I would really appreciate it if somebody gets back to me. this is really important to me.

Thank you for taking the time to review my question.

I look forward to your reply.

you need to demand a copy of the contract. if you signed one you should recieve a copy. then you need to press charges on him for the touching of you.i am sure he was convining with his talk because thats how he makes a living. as far as getting your potos off the site you need to talk with a lawyer.what he did to you yes you can press charges good luck with everything;)

Thanks for the reply.
I know I can press charges on him because he touched me, but would they not care or believe me because It was not recent? I was scared so I kept my mouth shut for a long time.

I just want my photos off. I feel like he tricked me into taking them and signing the contract.

model contract sorted?

hi there, not sure if you are still using this site but would like to ask if you got that contract sorted? i am researching an identical case at the moment. niknak

I have to disagree. NO ONE is going to allow you to press charges where you did not tell him NO when he wanted to touch you. You wanted to be a model and you allowed him to touch you because you thought it would get you further on that path. I'm not saying what he did was right or that you wanted to go through that, but you didn't tell him no and no one is going to prosecute him for it.

I use to own part of a modeling agency. If you are serious about modeling, go apply with an agent. If they will not sign you, it is highly unlikely that you will get any runway jobs in the industry. I know you have figured this out by now but you certainly will not help yourself by modeling on a nude or porn site. Your story isn't unique. I don't want to make you feel badly, this man is simply a con man out for his own jollies and whatever money he can make selling your photos.

If you are serious about getting them off his site, engage an attorney to analyse your contracts and see if the necessary elements are there. Whether they are or are not there, he/she can probably send a "cease and desist" letter and scare him into taking them down.

I'm all for your hopes and dreams, but if you are just starting at 20 again it is unlikely that you will be the type of model you want to be.

Look for an agent. Never take your clothes off again for a photographer, and never EVER sign a contract that your agent or lawyer has not read.

Good luck, it's a really tough scuzzy business sometimes. You need someone to guide you through it.
