Eviction Notice Misspelled 24 hour Eviction Notice.

I received a 24 hour eviction notice on the door of my apartment today, but my first name and last name was MISSPELLED. Is this notice still binding?

Yes it's still binding.

As with a traffic ticket, misspelling your name is nothing but a clerical error.
