Hi I have been in the USA since 2000. I was married, and found my man cheating having another family. My emotion run wild, and I bit him because he was holding my hands, no medical attention. I pulled the cord out of the wall, and I chopped the rim of his car. we are divorced now. the 3 charges were ruled misdemeanors, and case was dismissed in 2006, with not guilty. I have 2 sons by him, 15, and 12 who are US citizens. what are the chances for denial of my green card? The put stamp for 6 months in my passport. I have a trip scheduled, can I face problems when I return at the border?

Since the case was dismissed in 2006 with not guilty, you "probably" will be ok. However, to be on the safe side, you might want to run it by an immigration attorney.

I would say get an immigration lawyer. You certainly struck Gold on moral turpitude.
